Display Zone Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in sellable condition
- Items must include original packaging
- Products must not show signs of use, installation, or alteration
Please note: Custom-fit or made-to-order products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created specifically for your order. Please carefully confirm measurements before purchasing. If your custom item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly work with you to make it right.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and are not included in the refund amount once an order has shipped. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the steps below.
Exchange Requirements
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be in sellable condition and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
- Display Zone will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and approved

Do not ship items back without contacting us, as this may delay or void the exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All Display Zone products are inspected before shipment. However, shipping damage or packing errors may occasionally occur.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us at support@displayzoneshop.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Notes
- Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous states
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Display Zone is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products marked custom fit
- Closeout or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer error
- Items returned without original packaging or in unsellable condition
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, it will be treated as a return. Refunds will be issued for the product price only, minus any applicable shipping or handling costs.
